Asllani is currently undergoing rehabilitation for an ACL injury sustained in March.

Paris Saint-Germain are expected to trigger a release clause in Aston Villa left-back Lucas Dignes contract after the World Cup.

The fee PSG are expected to pay is around 8.5m (10m) and the player is ready to return to his former club, Your Site News understands.

The move cannot be completed until he has finished on duty with France in the USA - they face Spain in the semi-final on Tuesday and Digne has started the last three games.

Roma have made an opening offer to Chelsea for Alejandro Garnacho, according to Sky in Italy.

The proposal is for an initial loan with an option to buy for around 30m (35m).

That option would become an obligation if certain conditions are met.

The loan would carry a fee of 4.3m (5m).

Your Site News has been reporting since earlier this month that Chelsea want 42.7m for Garnacho.

Wolves, Burnley among teams interested in Blake

Latest from Your Site News' Amar Mehta and Anthony Joseph:

Former Watford winger Adrian Blake is being lined up for a return to British football with at least three clubs chasing his signature.

Blake, 20, left Watford for FC Utrecht in June 2023 and, after three seasons with the Dutch side, he is wanted by clubs in England and Scotland.

Wolves are keen on ex-England youth international Blake along with their Championship rivals Burnley.

Scottish champions Celtic also have Blake on their list of summer targets though they have yet to act on their interest.

Blake scored a spectacular Europa League goal against Celtic in January.

Utrecht rejected an offer for Blake from Turkish side Kasimpasa during the winter window when he was being watched by several clubs in Europe, including from the Premier League and Championship.

Blake now has just a year left on his current contract and is valued at around 2.5m by Utrecht.

Iraola refuses to comment on Barcola links

Liverpool boss Andoni Iraola refused to comment on links to Paris Saint-Germain winger Bradley Barcola but admitted the club need to recruit another winger this summer.

The Reds completed the signing of Victor Munoz for 34.5m from Osasuna and have Barcola high among the options they are considering to strengthen their side following Mohamed Salah's exit at the end of last season.

RB Leipzig's Yan Diomande has been viewed as a top target but his preferred destination is PSG.

"I cannot talk about players from other teams," Iraola told Your Site when asked about Barcola and Diomande.

"It is clear we need a player there, I wouldn't say to replace Mo Salah, but we need one more winger.

"There are other situations which are not so clear, we have very good players injured. [Hugo] Ekitike, [Conor] Bradley and Giovanni [Leoni], players we love.

"We have to take decisions, sometimes it is hard. Sometimes there is a player we can sign to improve as a team, those decisions we are analysing.

"At other clubs, they present you with players you don't know. With Liverpool, when they present them, you already know them.

"It is not easy, it has to be players who have shown a good level."
