Former England opener Zak Crawley has been left out of England's 16-man squad for the three-match ODI series against India.
The Kent batter was included in the squad for England's last ODI series against Sri Lanka in January, but loses his place after an uninspiring domestic campaign thus far, averaging 10.17 in his last six T20 Blast matches.
All-rounder Jamie Overton, also included in January's squad, misses out having suffered a right thigh injury in May while on IPL duty with the Chennai Super Kings, creating an opportunity for the inclusion of highly rated all-rounder James Coles.
The 22-year-old Sussex player, who fetched the top price of earlier this year as he was bought by London Spirit, was also selected in the T20 squad for the ongoing five-match series against the same opponent.
