Garnacho hoping Villa can restore his confidence
Alejandro Garnacho has admitted that he is looking to regain his confidence under Unai Emery following his arrival at Aston Villa.
The Argentine winger has joined on an initial loan deal, and Your Site News understands the deal includes a conditional obligation to buy, which is considered to be easily achievable.
Garnacho joined Chelsea last summer from Manchester United for 40m, but struggled to make an impact in his debut season.
The winger has now revealed how important Emery's belief in him was in helping him decide to make the move to Villa Park.
"I think I was looking for a club that I could get confidence from and help me try to be the player that I was years ago from my first years at [Manchester] United," he told the club during his first interview.
"I spoke with the manager and he's given me that confidence.
"I saw them in the Europa League last season and the be a part of the Champions League is important and with Unai, I spoke with him before I came here and that's what's given me the confidence."

The Al Shabab midfielder has rejected an advance from NEOM SC.
The former Burnley midfielder opted against signing a new deal with the Clarets last summer following their promotion to the Premier League.

NEOM SC were promoted to the Saudi Pro League last year and are rapidly attempting to the establish themselves as a dominant force in the top tier.
They are managed by former PSG boss Christophe Galtier, who is believed to have held talks with Brownhill and his representative about a Saudi switch.
